About Company - Background Information

Electroplast Oy began its business history in 1969, as the newly founded connection cable-department – at the time named Pohjolan Kaapeli Oy – began refining cables for NK Cables.

Since then our array of products has expanded and our clientele grown, and nowadays Electroplast Oy provides comprehensive electromechanical services for both businesses and private households. Today the company employs about forty employees.

Our areas of business include contract manufacturing, i.e. mould-, product design- and production services related with electromechanics, as well as manufacturing and marketing our own range of products including a selection of connection cables, power outlet boxes and surge control components. Our greatest assets are the combining of electronics and plastic components, extensive design and manufacturing services, as well as our flexible customer service.
